Elevator guide rails intelligent planing production line is specially designed and made for the planner machines. It is composed of the: raw elevator guide rails store rack, dividing device, high rails with loading&unloading device(manipulator and small car), finish process rails store rack etc.The raw elevator rails on the raw elevator guide rails store rack, is stopped and transported, with the dividing device arranges 8 rails on the dividing rack of the dividing device in 200 steps. The loading and unloading small car moves to the picking up position, the block drops in place, the clamping claw clamps the 8 rails and lift up, the small car moves to the center of the planner machine working table.The clamping claws are released at the same time, the elevator rails are released on the planner machine’s clamping device, then the block rises, return the loading and unloading small car to its original position. After the planner machine finish the processing, the loading and unloading small car moves to the center of the planner machine working table, the block goes down, then clamping 8 rails and rise, and then move to the finish process store rack, the block goes down, the clamping claws loosen, the 8 rails are placed on the finish process store rack, the block rises, and the loading and unloading small car returns to its original position to complete a cycle.
